Shipping

All orders are despatched from our location in Queen Creek, Arizona. All orders are sent via UPS Ground or Express, or via the United States Postal Service as determined by the buyer.

Please note that YouShouldGoGreen.com cannot be held responsible if you advise an incorrect or incomplete mailing address.

Under normal circumstances orders will be despatched within 2 working days. During busy periods orders can take up to 5 working days.

Returns

We are happy to exchange any item that is faulty due to workmanship, or damaged in transit. We guarantee all damaged or defective merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. All other sales are final.  No Refunds Will Be Given.

No exchanges or returns for international orders.

YouShouldGoGreen.com will pay the return shipping fees for any damaged or defective items, or items not shipped as ordered. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges by mail, please include a copy of the original invoice, please indicate to let us know what is wrong with it. All exchanges will be for like items only.

Refunds will not be given.  All Sales Are Final.
